PflanzMIT: 5,500 trees for Pfahldorf

After a huge effort with hand rams and spades it was done: The first part of the 5,500 small seedlings found their way into the ground! That's the number of trees we are planting this season during our "PflanzMIT!" initiative in a wooded area near Pfahldorf close to Kipfenberg/ Upper Bavaria.

PflanzMIT Initiative: Planting Trees together with the Audi Environmental Foundation

Together with more than 100 colleagues from Audi and PSW we have already planted around 3,000 tree saplings in an impressive initiative around Ingolstadt. The selected tree species, including Oriental Beech, Yew and Douglas Fir, are well-prepared for future climate changes due to their heat and drought tolerance.
