Audi Environment Week 2022

The Audi Environment Week 2022 took place from September 26 to 30 under the motto “Join us with your Mission to Zero”. With more than 25 lectures, interactive sessions, podcasts and videos, the whole Audi family was introduced to the numerous aspects of environmental protection - both in the company and in everyday life.

With a focus on decarbonization, water use, resource efficiency and biodiversity, the Audi Environment Week was all about environmental and climate protection. A key message was the importance of the individual commitment for the ecological transformation of the Audi locations worldwide. Therefore, the motto of the Audi Environment Week 2022 was "Join us with your Mission to Zero". During the campaign week, supported by the Audi Environmental Foundation, employees demonstrated the numerous aspects of environmental protection at the various Audi locations.

The focus of this year's Environment Week was the contribution of the individual employees. With a variety of interactive sessions, online lectures, podcasts and videos, Audi experts showed that both at work and at home simple measures can create a large impact to protect the environment and save natural resources. The entire Audi family gained insights into climate protection and learned that environmental protection concerns each and every one of us. Thanks to a menu plan specially designed by the Audi gastronomy for the Environment Week, the "conservation of resources" could also be experienced in a culinary way.

PflanzMIT: 5,500 trees for Pfahldorf

After a huge effort with hand rams and spades it was done: The first part of the 5,500 small seedlings found their way into the ground! That's the number of trees we are planting this season during our "PflanzMIT!" initiative in a wooded area near Pfahldorf close to Kipfenberg/ Upper Bavaria.

New project partner: Audi Environmental Foundation supports Kreatives Unternehmertum Shaping society with and through entrepreneurship - that is the motto of Kreatives Unternehmertum (KU), our new project partner. The Audi Environmental Foundation supports KU as a sponsor and bears the costs for two KU-Macher_innen scholarships. Support is provided for budding entrepreneurs who want to use their projects to promote a future worth living in and offer added value to society.
